Scriptural Meditation- Luke 1:50

and in every generation he has mercy on those who fear him.

If we have fear, really awe, of The LORD present in our minds and hearts, things should go well for us. If we act as if every action, word and thought is open to the Almighty, we will walk righteously before him on the path of life. Few can claim this exalted status, I certainly fall short of it. Even for those who do truly live sich righteous lives, suffering and oppression are not entirely repelled. How much more so, for the average believer. Take comfort in knowing that imperfect as we are, if we love and fear The LORD, he will have mercy on us and save us.
