“Don’t touch this!” “Don’t eat that!” “Don’t handle the other!”
What’s the deal with Paul?! Have you ever noticed that some of things Paul says seem to contradict Torah? Have you ever noticed that the Almighty says the Torah is eternal and that even if a prophet comes along working signs and wonders but saying to abandon Torah or worship idols that the proper response is to reject and execute him?
What is the context here? What am I missing? I nearly want to reject the message here, but for a few thungs. The firmest point Paul’s argument stands on is this: he emphasizes that salvation only comes through grace. That’s what Messiah says. That’s what Torah says.
Paul can not overturn Torah or Messiah and be true. Either Paul is wrong here ot he isn’t saying what it sounds like he is saying. How does a redeemed people live? How do you show your devotion to the Father? Where is the evidence of your connection to the Almighty?
